  • The monoclonal mouse IgG1 kappa immunoglobulin is useful as an isotype control
  • Applications Reported: This P3.6.2.8.1 antibody has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis
  • Applications Tested: This P3.6.2.8.1 antibody has been tested by flow cytometric analysis of mouse splenocytes and normal human peripheral blood cells and should be used at the same concentration as the experimental antibody
  • BV 711 is a tandem dye that emits at 713nm and is intended for use on cytometers equipped with a violet (405nm) laser
  • Please make sure that your instrument is capable of detecting this fluorochrome
  • When using two or more Super Bright, BV, BUV, or other polymer dye-conjugated antibodies in a staining panel, it is recommended to use Super Bright Complete Staining Buffer (SB-4401) or Brilliant Stain Buffer (00-4409-75) to minimize any non-specific polymer interactions
  • Fixation: Samples can be stored in IC Fixation Buffer (00-8222) (100uL of cell sample + 100uL of IC Fixation Buffer) or 1-step Fix/Lyse Solution (00-5333) for up to 3 days in the dark at 4°C with minimal impact on brightness and FRET efficiency/compensation
  • Our internal testing suggests that BV 711 is not compatible with methanol-based fixation
