- Applications Tested: This eBR2a antibody has been tested by flow cytometric analysis of mouse splenocytes and normal human peripheral blood cells
- It should be used at the same concentration as the experimental antibody
- Alexa Fluor® 700 emits at 723 nm and can be excited with the red laser (633 nm)
- Most instruments will require a 685 LP mirror and 710/20 filter
- Please make sure that your instrument is capable of detecting this fluorochrome

- Rat IgG2a is an immunoglobulin subclass that is commonly used in research and diagnostic applications

- Rat IgG2a has a molecular weight of approximately 160 kDa and is composed of two heavy chains and two light chains
