  • Applications Reported: This eBR2a antibody has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis
  • Applications Tested: This eBR2a antibody has been tested by flow cytometric analysis of mouse splenocytes and human peripheral blood cells
  • This should be used at the same concentration as the experimental antibody
  • Alexa Fluor® 532 is excited with the Green laser (532 nm) and emits at 561 nm
  • This cannot be used with the Yellow-Green laser (561 nm)
  • We recommend using a 560/14 band pass filter
  • Please make sure that your instrument is capable of detecting this fluorochome
  • Excitation: 532 nm; Emission: 561 nm; Laser: Green Laser Rat IgG2a is an immunoglobulin subclass that is commonly used in research and diagnostic applications
  • It is produced by the rat immune system and is known for its ability to activate complement and mediate antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC)
  • Rat IgG2a has a molecular weight of approximately 160 kDa and is composed of two heavy chains and two light chains
