  • The mTORC2 complex is activated primarily downstream of PI3 Kinase and is known to affect cell proliferation and survival primarily by phosphorylating Akt on Ser473
  • Additionally, the mTORC2 complex is known to affect cytoskeletal organization and cell migration by exerting its effects through Rac, Rho, and PKC
  • mSIN1 is also known to directly interact with Ras, SPAKs, and JNK.
