- This antigen affinity purified antibody, in conjunction with PeproTech Biotinylated Anti-Human MIP-1alpha (CCL3) (500-P38Bt) as a detection antibody, allows the detection of at least 0.2-0.4 ng/well of Recombinant Human MIP-1alpha (CCL3)

- Additionally, MIP-1alpha and MIP-1beta have also been shown to be potent chemoattractants for B cells, eosinophils and dendritic cells
