- Human and mouse TNF-α are approximately 79% homologous at the amino acid level and exhibit cross-species reactivity
- This antibody recognizes both recombinant and natural human TNF-α and exhibits some (∽30%) cross-reactivity with mouse TNF-α
- It exhibits only minor (<1%) cross-reactivity with human TNF-β (lymphotoxin).
