- Antibody-induced platelet aggregation and granule secretion are dependent on both molecules of FcγRII and GPIIb/IIIa integrin, and that may play a role in some thrombocytopenias
- F11R-mediated platelet adhesion and aggregation are not dependent on FcγRII or GPIIb/IIIa and that may play a role in normal platelet physiological processes
