- CCR9 is a thymus specific CC chemokine receptor expressed at high levels by essentially all CD4+ and CD8+ T lymphocytes
- CCR9 and its ligand CCL25/TECK are involved in lymphocyte recruitment in the small intestine
- The immunogen used to generate the 112509 hybridoma was human CCR9-transfected cells.
