Description
- The OX-39 antibody reacts with the α chain of the IL-2 receptor on T lymphoblasts and thymic and splenic dendritic cells
- CD25 has also been detected on rat intestinal epithelial cells
- It has been reported that OX-39 mAb weakly blocks binding of IL-2 to T-cell blasts and that it blocks IL-2 stimulated epithelial cell migration in an in vitro model of wound healing.
