- The MAb11 monoclonal antibody specifically binds to human tumor necrosis factor (TNF, also known as TNF-α) protein
- TNF is an efficient juxtacrine, paracrine and endocrine mediator of inflammatory and immune functions

- With an Ex Max of 407nm and Em Max at 421nm, BD Horizon™ BV421 can be excited by the violet laser and detected in the standard Pacific Blue™ filter set (eg, 450/50nm filter)
