- The HIB19 mAb reacts with human CD19, a 95 kDa transmembrane glycoprotein
- CD19 is expressed by B cells during all stages of development excluding the terminally differentiated plasma cells
- Follicular dendritic cells also express CD19
- Together CD21, CD81, Leu13, MHC class II, and CD19 form a multimolecular complex that associates with BCR
- Signaling through CD19 induces tyrosine phosphorylation, calcium flux and proliferation of B cells
- The SJ25C1 antibody and the HIB19 mAb recognize overlapping epitopes
- This HIB19 antibody has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis
- This HIB19 antibody has been pre-titrated and tested by flow cytometric analysis of normal human peripheral blood cells
- This can be used at 5 μL (1.0 μg) per test
- A test is defined as the amount (μg) of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 μL
- Each NovaFluor conjugate or kit is shipped with <a href = https://www.thermofisher.com/order/catalog/product/B001T06F01> CellBlox Blocking Buffer</a>
- Add 5 μL per sample (regardless of the number of NovaFluors in your panel) to use the antibody cocktail as intended
- For single-color controls, use 5 μL of CellBlox Blocking Buffer per 100μL of cell sample containing 10^3 to 10^8 cells
