Description

  • The AER-37 mAb reacts with the Fc epsilon RI alpha subunit, an IgE-binding subunit lacking signal-transducing ability
  • Fc epsilon RI apha is expressed on mast and basophil cells and is upregulated by the presence of IgE
  • Fc epsilon RI alpha forms a tetrameric complex with one beta and two gamma subunits
  • The beta and gamma subunits possess immunoreceptor tyrosine-based activation motifs (ITAM)
  • The Fc epsilon RI complex plays an important role in triggering IgE-mediated allergic reactions
  • This AER-37 (CRA1) antibody has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis
  • This AER-37 (CRA1) antibody has been pre-titrated and tested by flow cytometric analysis of peripheral blood cells
  • This can be used at 5 uL (0.2 ug) per test
  • A test is defined as the amount (ug) of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 uL
  • Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 10^5 to 10^8 cells/test
  • NovaFluor dyes are not compatible with DNA intercalating viability dyes
  • Invitrogen LIVE/DEAD Fixable Dead Cell stains are recommended for use with NovaFluor dyes
  • Each NovaFluor conjugate or kit is shipped with CellBlox Blocking Buffer
  • Add 5 uL per sample (regardless of the number of NovaFluors in your panel) to use the antibody cocktail as intended
  • For single-color controls, use 5 uL of CellBlox Blocking Buffer per 100uL of cell sample containing 10^3 to 10^8 cells
  • Excitation: 552 nm; Emission: 612 nm; Laser: 561 nm (Yellow) Laser FceR1 alpha Monoclonal antibody specifically detects FceR1 alpha in Human samples
