Armenian hamsters were immunized with recombinant mouse TIGIT tetramers by a combination of s.c. and food pad immunization and booster injections. Draining lymph nodes were fused with Sp2/0-Ag14 cells, selected in HAT (hypoxanthine/aminopterin/thymidine) medium and supernatants were screened for specificity by ELISA and flow cytometry using TIGIT-transfectants.
