  • EHHADH-null mice only exhibit a blunted peroxisome proliferative response when challenged with a peroxisome proliferator
  • Since there were no observed changes in lipid metabolism, this evidence suggests that enoyl-CoAs were diverted to the D-hydroxy-specific beta-oxidation system for metabolism.
