- Suppression of TIAF1 expression by siRNA prevents UV irradiation-mediated p53 phosphorylation and nuclear translocation
- TIAF1 is essential in the p53- and WOX1-mediated cell death and shows an aggregation-dependent control of tumor progression and metastasis, and regulation of cell death.
