  • TNXB plays a role in interactions between cell and ECM, antiadhesive effect, inhibiting cell migration, and in maintaining homeostasis of the extracellular matrix
  • Deficiency of TNXB has been associated with the connective tissue disorder Ehlers-Danlos syndrome.
