  • General description: Tyloxapol is a biocompatible surfactant [1]
  • Application: Tyloxapol has been used in a study to assess the enhanced pulmonary absorption of recombinant human insulin. [2] It has also been used in a study to investigate the metabolic pathways promoting intrahepatic fatty acid accumulation in methionine and choline deficiency. [3]
