• In addition to containing a choice of transfection agents, this kit includes a well-characterized GAPDH synthetic siRNA that can be used to optimize transfection conditions
• Results can also be verified at the protein level with GAPDH-specific antibodies
• A scrambled, negative control siRNA is also provided to confirm the specificity of the siRNA of interest and to demonstrate the absence of nonspecific, toxic effects.
