- This system continues to be easy to use and works with many different somatic cell types, using Sendai particles to deliver Yamanaka factors, which have been shown to be critical for efficient generation of iPSCs
- This kit includes three vector preparations: polycistronic Klf4–Oct3/4–Sox2, cMyc, and Klf4

- With the CytoTune™-iPS 2.0 Sendai virus, the Sendai backbone and transgenes clear the cytoplasm faster than the original.
