- General description: 15-ketocholestene is the oxidized derivative of cholesterol[1] and is associated with plasma.[2]
- Application: 15-ketocholestene has been used to test its binding to RAb2E9 recombinant monoclonal (RAb) antibody using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).[3] It has also been used as an antigen to test its reactivity with IgG in multiple sclerosis samples.[4]
