- Enables configuration of the Attune CytPix Flow Cytometer with an additional side scatter channel off of the violet laser The Attune CytPix cytometer is quickly and easily configured to collect violet side scatter by changing dichroic and emission blades Kit allows for no-wash, no-lyse immunophenotyping of whole blood Immunophenotyping of whole blood using traditional flow cytometry is typically performed with lysis of the red blood cells (RBCs) followed by a wash step, which can result in significant cell loss and damage With the Attune CytPix Flow cytometer users can acquire data quickly, even from dilute samples, using either a fluorescent reagent as a trigger to eliminate red blood cells or a differential side scatter using both blue and violet scatter This is all done in combination with bright field imaging to aid in sample analysis and quality monitoring The Attune CytPix No-Wash No-Lyse Filter Kit enables the side scatter approach
