- Application: This animal component-free medium (containing no hypoxanthine or thymidine) is formulated to maximize cell growth and recombinant protein production using the Dihydrofolate Reductase (DHFR) gene amplification system in DHFR- Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) cells.
