Description

  • General description: NCTC 135 Medium is ideal for serum-free growth of mouse L-cells.
  • Application: NCTC 135 Medium has been used:to culture Philophthalmus sp. rediae in vitro[1]to culture Ehrlich ascites mouse tumor cell line[2]as a culture media for the differentiation of Rcho-1 cells[3]
  • Quantity: Formulated to contain 9.3 grams of powder per liter of medium.
  • Reconstitution: Supplement with 2.2 g/L sodium bicarbonate.
