Description

  • Application: Reconstruction the feedback regulation of amino acid metabolism to develop a non-auxotrophic L-threonine producing Corynebacterium glutamicum.: This research utilizes L-Threonine as an internal standard for the detection and optimize the production of L-Threonine on genetically modifying Corynebacterium glutamicum aiming at more sustainable and cost-effective bio-manufacturing processes (Liu et al., 2024).Threonine dehydrogenase regulates neutrophil homeostasis but not H3K4me3 levels in zebrafish.: This research utilises L-Threonine as a chemical treatment to study the enzymatic activity of threonine dehydrogenase in regulating neutrophil function in zebrafish (Li et al., 2024).
