• Application: Complement sera from rabbit has been used:for the incubation of embryo prior to inner cell mass isolation[1]in the complement-dependent cytotoxicity (CDC) assay of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs)[2]in the purification of schwann cells[3][4]
• Biochem/physiol Actions: Rabbit complement sera was shown to promote acrosomal loss in rabbit spermatozoa due to activation of the complement. [5]
• Physical form: Lyophilized powder from indicated amount of serum
• Reconstitution: Reconstitute with ice cold deionized water using volume indicated by package size
