Description
- General description: Macrophage/monocyte chemotactic protein-2 (MCP-2) plays an important role in the inflammatory response of blood monocytes, activated T cells, basophils, NK cells, and immature dendritic cells. Recombinant mouse MCP-2 is an 8.5 kDa protein containing 74 amino acid residues.
- Physical form: Sterile filtered and then lyophilized without any additives.
- Reconstitution: Centrifuge the vial prior to opening. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
