Description
- Cell Line Description: This cell line is a stable T cell hybridoma which, when stimulated with concanavalin A, produces IL-2. The cell surface markers include Thy1.2 and H-2b products.
- Culture Medium: RPMI 1640 + 2 mM glutamine + 1 mM Sodium Pyruvate (NaP) + 10% Horse Serum (HS).
- Subculture Routine: Maintain cultures between 2-6 x 100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37 °C.
