- Cell Line Origin: Artery
- Application: Cell growth, signaling, receptor transactivation and suppression, vascular remodeling.
- Components: Rat Smooth Muscle Cell Basal Medium that contains 10% FBS and 10% DMSO
- Quality: Each lot was tested for proper morphology, Population Doublings, Negative for HIV, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, mycoplasma, bacteria, and fungi.
- Preparation Note: 2nd passage, >500,000 cells in Rat Smooth Muscle Cell Basal Medium that contains 10% FBS and 10% DMSOCan be cultured at least 12 doublings
- Subculture Routine: Please refer to the RPASMC Culture Protocol.
