- General description: A superior derivative to Fmoc-Asn(Trt)-OH for the synthesis of Asn-containing peptides by Fmoc SPPS. Fmoc-Asn(Mmt)-OH is more soluble in DMF than Fmoc-Asn(Trt)-OH, thereby facilitating coupling reactions at higher concentration.
