  • Application: 18:0-18:1 PS (1-stearoyl-2-oleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phospho-L-serine (sodium salt)) may be used:in the preparation of liposomes[3]for liposome binding assays[1]to generate multilamellar phospholipid vesicles[4]
  • Biochem/physiol Actions: Phosphatidylserine (PtdSer) plays a key role in various intracellular signaling pathways. It also participates in apoptosis and blood clotting.[5]
