  • Application: Used in the development of new catalyst systems for stereoselective addition of alcohols to alkynes.[1] Acidic catalyst for the synthesis of unsymmetrical sulfides[2] and vinyl fluorides.[3] Used to prepare silver 3,3′-dicyanodiphenylacetylene coordination networks for study of the effect of ligands on network structure toward the goal of engineering novel materials.[4]
