- General description: Bis(pyridine)iodonium Tetrafluoroborate (Barluenga′s reagent) is a mild iodinating[1] and oxidizing[2] reagent capable of selectively reacting with a wide range of unsaturated substrates and tolerates a variety of functional groups.
