- Application: Lithium chloride solution has been used:to obtain LiClPAM3 DCs form of dendritic cell[1]in LiCl buffer preparation for immunoprecipitation[2]in the preparation of wash buffer[3]in the preparation of radioimmunoprecipitation assay (RIPA) wash buffer[4]
- Biochem/physiol Actions: Lithium chloride has the ability to block glycogen synthase kinase (GSK). It may also possess anti-inflammatory effects at low and non-toxic concentrations.[5]
- Preparation Note: Prepared with 18 megaohm water0.2 μm filtered
