  • Highly cross-linked polymethacrylate base material of TSKgel Octadecyl-4PW provides excellent stability in high pH buffer systems and can withstand rigorous cleaning with either acid or base
  • The 500Ã… pore allows for anaylsis of proteins up to 200kDa while the particle size offerings allow for analytical, semi-preparative and preparative scale separations
  • TSKgel Guard cartridges require a holder, which is sold separately
  • For 2 mm cartridges, the holder is Part No
  • 819308.For the 3.2 mm cartridges used to protect 4.6 mm columns, the holder is Part No
  • 819018
  • Reversed-phase liquid chromatography (RPLC) is the preferred method for analysis and purification of polar and nonpolar compounds that are soluble in mixtures of water and organic solvents
  • No limitation salt concentration 0-100% organic solvent
