• Thermo Scientific™ HyPURITY™ Cyano HPLC Columns are based on the HyPURITY 190Å silica—the highest quality silica available and essentially metal-free with exceptionally stablity at high and low pH
• The rugged and robust manufacturing process ensures reproducibility and optimum quality, batch after batch
• Within the manufacturing process, extra care is taken to ensure an extensively homogenous silica surface
• This surface is a key precursor in the preparation of uniform bonded phases
• Cyano functionality is generally less hydrophobic and therefore compounds are less retained compared to other alkyl phases, though it does have strong dipole interaction
• Additionally, cyano can be operated under either reversed-phase or normal phase / HILIC conditions
