  • General description: Our 40 nm silicon nanoparticles are a high-quality, ultrafine powder with a narrow particle size of 40 nm and a high surface area (~100 m2/g). It is produced by the laser gas phase synthetic method from high-purity silane to achieve the high purity (>9=9%) and reliable particle size.
  • Application: Silicon nanopowder is a promising material for use in advanced battery technologies. With its high theoretical capacity (4212 mAh/g), it has the potential to significantly improve the performance of lithium-ion batteries.
