  • Application: Zinc Sulfate Heptahydrate is widely used in the synthesis of ZnO nanoparticles. It has also been used as a template for solvothermal synthesis of nanoporous TiO2 spheres with tunable chamber structures ranging from hollow to solid and hybrid compositions[1][2]. Lithium sulfate and Zinc sulfate are used as an additive to increase the life cycle, cathode stability and efficiency of lead acid batteries[3]. In addition, Zinc sulfate is also used in multiple industrial applications such as animal feed as a supplement on growth performance[4]. It is also used as an inhibitor of fungal growth[5]. In order to increase the thickness of the Zn plating as the zinc concentration increases, zinc sulphate heptahydrate is frequently used as an electrolyte in the electroplating industry[6].
