Description

  • Thermo Scientific™ HinfI is available as a FastDigest enzyme which is used for rapid DNA digestion
  • More than 95% of the digested DNA fragments can be ligated and recut at a 5'-termini concentration of 1.3μM after a 50-fold overdigestion (3U/μg DNA x 17 hours) with HinfI
