Description

  • dm 4 CTP (2'-deoxy-N4-methylcytidine 5'-triphosphate) modified nucleotide is supplied as 10 mM aqueous solution titrated to pH 7.0 with NaOH
  • dm 4 CTP can be enzymatically incorporated into DNA with Taq DNA Polymerase, Klenow Fragment, and it is used in the synthesis of methylated DNA
  • General Characteristics: lambda max = 274nm, extinction coefficient = 13.6x10 3 M -1 x cm -1 (pH7.0) Quality Control: Functionally tested in PCR with taq DNA Polymerase Greater than 96% purity confirmed by HPLC Free of endo-, exodeoxyribonuclease, phosphatase and nicking activities Recommended for: Synthesis of methylated DNA.
