- dm 4 CTP (2'-deoxy-N4-methylcytidine 5'-triphosphate) modified nucleotide is supplied as 10 mM aqueous solution titrated to pH 7.0 with NaOH
- dm 4 CTP can be enzymatically incorporated into DNA with Taq DNA Polymerase, Klenow Fragment, and it is used in the synthesis of methylated DNA
