- Directions for Media Preparation: Add 32g to 1L of purified water, such as BP2820 (Fisher BioReagents Microbial Cell Culture Grade Water) then adjust pH to 7.2
- Heat and frequently agitate to completely dissolve
- Before use, sterilize by autoclaving for 15 minutes
