Description

• Cultivate a wide variety of microorganisms including bacteria, yeasts, and molds with nutritious Thermo Scientific™ Remel™ BHI Agar with Sheep Blood
• Due to the addition of Sheep blood, the BHI Agar can be used for the isolation of dimorphic fungi which may grow poorly on non-enriched media
• Use BHI Agar with Sheep Blood for the cultivation of a wide variety of microorganisms including pathogenic fungi
• Highly Nutritious : medium recommended for the enrichment of fastidious organisms
• Ready-to-use : convenience of prepared media
• BHI Agar w/Sheep Blood contains brain heart infusion, peptone, and dextrose which provide nitrogen, carbon, sulfur, vitamins and a carbohydrate source
