  • The pIEx vectors are designed for cloning and high-level expression of proteins in transiently transfected Spodoptera-derived insect cells
  • The pIEx-10 Ek/LIC vector contains the coding sequence for the mouse IgM signal sequence to allow secretion of the expressed protein
  • It also encodes an N-terminal 8 aa Strep·Tag™ II coding sequence followed by an enterokinase protease cleavage site and a multiple cloning site, with the option to include a C-terminal His·Tag™ coding sequence with 10 histidines.
