  • Benefits of SuperScript IV RT-LAMP Master Mix • RNA and DNA target detection using Bst DNA polymerase for isothermal amplification in as little as five minutes • Robust and specific cDNA synthesis using SuperScript IV Reverse Transcriptase • Enhanced specificity and sensitivity with buffer formulation and RNaseOUT recombinant ribonuclease inhibitor • Compatible with real-time and endpoint detection—includes SYTO 9 dye for real-time detection • Flexible design provides several options for evaluating results, including real-time and endpoint detection methods SuperScript IV RT-LAMP Master Mix includes an evolved Bst DNA polymerase mutant with a fast reaction speed and increased sensitivity and tolerance to inhibitors, as well as SuperScript IV Reverse Transcriptase with increased processivity, thermostability, and inhibitor resistance
  • To prevent RNA degradation by carry-over RNases, the master mix includes the potent, noncompetitive RNaseOUT Recombinant Ribonuclease Inhibitor
  • Our proprietary reaction buffer composition is optimized to increase specificity by delaying no-template control (NTC) amplification time.
