- With less than a 10% coefficient of variance in the elution volume you can be sure that no ethanol is carried over from the wash steps giving you the best chance of success in downstream applications
- Removal of primers, dNTPs, enzymes, and salts exceeds 98.5%
- This kit can also efficiently remove unincorporated dye-labeled nucleotides from a cDNA labeling reaction
