• RT Series Hood can be used for both Powered Air-Purifying Respirators (PAPR) and Supplied Air Respirators (SAR)
• Headband-free design Choice of Tychem QC or SL 1000 Assigned Protection Factor (APF) Panoramic viewing lens Sport neck cuff Long, double bibs Taped and sealed seams (RT4 only) No fit testing needed The RT Series Hoods are available in several configurations to meet most levels of disposability requirements
• As with most Tychem hoods, the RT Series is available as a stand-alone replacement hood for those applications that allow for decontamination and reuse of the breathing tube
• For single use applications, the RT Series is available fully assembled with a disposable lightweight breathing tube
• Individually packaged with the breathing tube already attached, the user needs only to don the hood and connect the flow control device
• After exiting from the area, the user may dispose of the complete assembly.
