Description

Fluorescence Dye 350-I with Streptavidin conjugate. Protein conjugates prepared with Fluorescence Dye 350-I are bright with fluorescence unaffected by pH in the physiological range (pH 4-10).

Quantity

200 μg

Equivalence

Alexa Fluor 350, AMCA, DyLight 350

Content And Storage

Store the product in desiccated environment at -20°C and avoid from light. Add ddH2O with 0.1% BSA into the vial to have 1 mg/mL stock solution. This reconstituted solution remains stable for 2 months when stored in the presence of 2 mM sodium azide and avoid from light at 4°C. For longer storage, divid the reconstituted solution into single-used aliquots, or add equal volume of glycerol without aliquoting, and avoid from light at -20°C.

  • Ideal for labeling via Streptavidin for fluorescence imaging and other fluorescence-based biochemical analysis
  • For most fluorescent streptavidin applications, a concentration of 1 to 20g/mL is sufficient
  • The optimal working dilution should be determined by the end user
  • Spectral Equivalent: Alexa Fluor 350, AMCA, DyLight 350 Molar Extinction Co-efficient: >80,000 M -1 cm -1 Excitation (Max): 345nm Emission (Max): 442nm Solubility: Water Storage Buffer: Water Application: Conjugation Recommended Storage: Store in desiccated environment at -20°C and avoid from light.

Description:
Fluorescence Dye 488-I with Phalloidin conjugate. Fluorescence Dye 488-I conjugates are significantly brighter than fluorescein conjugates and much more photostable. Additionally, the fluorescence of Fluorescence Dye 488-I is not affected by pH between 4-10. Compared to Alexa Fluor 488, “Fluorescence Dye 488-I of single isomer has much hihger purity, bringing better performance consistancy from batch to batch.
