  • The succinimidyl ester of acryloyl-X covalently reacts with amines of proteins, amine-modified nucleic acids, and other biomolecules to yield acrylamides that can be copolymerized into polyacrylamide matrices or on surfaces, such as in microarrays and in biosensors
