• Thermo Scientific™ Pierce Centrifuge Columns provide exceptional convenience, speed and performance for many types of small to medium scale affinity purification procedures
• Additional Information and Online Ordering Pierce Centrifuge Columns are convenient tools for chromatography experiments involving 40μL to 10mL of beaded agarose or other affinity matrix
• The columns are made from low protein binding polypropylene for compatibility with antibody and other protein purification, and they fit into standard centrifuge tubes for use in any centrifuge
• Simply add the affinity resin to one of the-polypropylene columns, remove the twist-off bottom and allow the beads to settle to form the resin bed
• Process sample by gravity-flow, then use a centrifuge to efficiently wash and elute purification products from the column
• Pierce Centrifuge Columns can be used in either spin or gravity-flow format
• The spin format reduces sample processing time and makes column washing and elution more efficient
