• Application: Detect Na+/K+ ATPase α-1 using this Anti-Na+/K+ ATPase α-1 Antibody, clone C464.6, Alexa Fluor 555 validated for use in FC, IF & WB.
• Quality: Immunoblot Analysis: 2µg/ml of this lot detected α-1 subunit in 40μg of rat brain microsomal preparation. Immunocytochemistry: 2µg/ml of this lot showed positive immunostaining for α-1 subunit in Colo 205 cells. Flow Cytometry: 0.2μg of this lot detected α-1 subunit in fixed NCI H292 cells (see data).
