Description

• General description: This 145 kDa molecule is a member of the tyrosine kinase receptor family and is expressed by a majority of hematopoietic progenitor cells. The interaction of the mouse c-kit receptor and steel factor promotes proliferation and differentiation of hematopoietic progenitor cells. CD117 is also expressed by mast cells, and plays a role in signaling and activation of these cells.
• Specificity: Specifically recognizes mouse CD117, known as c-kit receptor, stem cell factor receptor and steel factor receptor.
• Application: Detect CD117 using this Anti-CD117 Antibody, clone ACK2 validated for use in FC, IH, IP, FUNC & WB.
